Terms and Conditions of Sale
Version in force as of 15 September 2026. This English version is provided for information purposes; in the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
1. Orders
The customer places their order according to the process in effect on the site and confirms the detailed summary of it. The customer is required to provide all information necessary for delivery: address, access code, floor, etc. In the case of the sale of items reserved for professionals, delivery will take place only at barracks or police stations. Without indication on your part of your professional address, your order will be canceled.
When placing the first order, the customer must enter their last name, first name, email address and password. Items are offered subject to available stock.
SHIPPING WITHIN 24/72H* (business days – indicative timeframe – subject to available stock) depending on the type of delivery chosen.
Products are shipped at GK PROFESSIONAL's risk. In accordance with Article L216-4 of the French Consumer Code, the risk of loss or damage only passes to a consumer customer when they, or a third party designated by them other than the carrier proposed by GK PROFESSIONAL, take physical possession of the products.
On delivery, the customer is invited to check the condition of the parcel in the presence of the delivery driver. If the parcel is damaged, opened or incomplete, the customer records specific reservations with the carrier (on the delivery note or the driver's device) and informs customer service as soon as possible, by email at eshop@gkpro.fr or by telephone on +33 1 55 82 15 00, attaching photos where possible. GK PROFESSIONAL then handles the claim and, as appropriate, re-ships the products or refunds the customer, at no cost to them. The absence of reservations does not deprive a consumer customer of their statutory rights against GK PROFESSIONAL.
2. Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice. Invoices are established at the rate in effect on the day the sale is concluded, in euros and stated including all taxes. Without specification, these prices are understood to be excluding delivery charges, the rates and conditions of which are indicated on the site.
3. Order Confirmation to the Customer
GK PROFESSIONAL confirms the order by sending a confirmation email. However, the customer's order will only be considered accepted after validation by the GK Online customer service. In some cases, GK PROFESSIONAL may need to request additional information from customers.
GK PROFESSIONAL company reserves the right to cancel an order if the customer does not confirm their professional information or for non-payment after a period of 15 days.
4. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
I. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, a customer acting as a consumer has fourteen (14) days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons and without incurring any costs other than those set out in this article. Where an order covers several products delivered separately, this period runs from receipt of the last product.
To exercise this right, the customer informs GK PROFESSIONAL of their decision before this period expires, by an unequivocal statement:
- by email to eshop@gkpro.fr;
- by post to GK PROFESSIONAL – Service client e-shop, 159 avenue Gallieni, 93170 Bagnolet, France;
- or from the "Merchandise returns" section of their customer account.
The customer may use the model withdrawal form set out in the appendix to these terms, but is not obliged to do so.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products:
- made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised,
- unsealed by the customer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection,
- or any other product excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
II. Returning the Products
The customer sends the products back without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after communicating their decision to withdraw, to the following address: GK PROFESSIONAL – Service retours, 86 route de Creil, 60550 Verneuil-en-Halatte, France. To speed up processing, the customer encloses the completed return form and a copy of the invoice.
The direct cost of returning the products is borne by the customer. It is borne by GK PROFESSIONAL where the product delivered is defective, not in conformity or does not match the order; in that case GK PROFESSIONAL provides the customer with a return label.
Products must be returned complete, with their accessories and instructions. The customer may handle them as they would in a shop, in order to establish their nature, characteristics and proper functioning. The customer is only liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from other handling (product worn, soiled, damaged or incomplete); the amount refunded may then be reduced in proportion to that diminished value.
III. Refund
In the event of withdrawal, GK PROFESSIONAL refunds all sums paid, including the initial delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day it is informed of the customer's decision. The refund may be withheld until the products have been received back or until the customer has supplied proof of having sent them, whichever is earlier.
Where the customer expressly chose a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery offered, the corresponding supplement is not refunded. The refund is made using the same means of payment as was used for the order, unless the customer expressly agrees otherwise, and does not give rise to any fees for the customer.
IV. Returns and Exchanges After the Withdrawal Period
In addition to the right of withdrawal, GK PROFESSIONAL accepts returns and exchange requests made within thirty (30) business days of receipt of the products. Under this commercial period, products must be returned:
- in their original packaging,
- in perfect condition, unused,
- accompanied by all original accessories and instructions,
- as well as the return form and invoice present in the package.
Damaged, incomplete or obviously used items cannot be refunded or exchanged under this commercial period. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of error attributable to GK PROFESSIONAL. These conditions do not limit the right of withdrawal described above or the legal guarantees described in Article 5.
V. Return Procedure According to Customer Status
Before any return, the customer must contact the relevant service according to their category:
- Individual Customer: eshop@gkpro.fr
- Reseller: gk@gkpro.fr
- Municipal Police: uniform@gkpro.fr
- Physical store purchase: gkclub@gkpro.fr
5. Guarantees
Products sold on the site are guaranteed by GK PROFESSIONAL, a French SAS whose registered office is at 159 avenue Gallieni, 93170 Bagnolet, France (RCS Bobigny 444 484 042). To claim under the legal guarantee of conformity or the guarantee against hidden defects, the customer contacts customer service by email at eshop@gkpro.fr, by telephone on +33 1 55 82 15 00 or by post at the registered office address.
I. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
GK PROFESSIONAL is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time the goods are delivered, under the conditions of Articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the French Consumer Code. The customer has two (2) years from delivery to take action. For new goods, any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within twenty-four (24) months of delivery is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise.
In the event of a defect, the customer chooses between repair and replacement of the goods. GK PROFESSIONAL may decline the customer's choice if it is impossible or would entail disproportionate costs compared with the other option. If bringing the goods into conformity is refused, impossible, late or unsuccessful, the customer may obtain a price reduction or termination of the sale. Goods repaired under the legal guarantee of conformity benefit from a six (6) month extension of the guarantee. The cost of returning non-conforming goods is borne by GK PROFESSIONAL.
The legally required information box below is reproduced in French, as published in the Annex to Article D. 211-2 of the French Consumer Code, followed by an English translation for information.
1° Le professionnel refuse de réparer ou de remplacer le bien ;
2° La réparation ou le remplacement du bien intervient après un délai de trente jours ;
3° La réparation ou le remplacement du bien occasionne un inconvénient majeur pour le consommateur, notamment lorsque le consommateur supporte définitivement les frais de reprise ou d'enlèvement du bien non conforme, ou s'il supporte les frais d'installation du bien réparé ou de remplacement ;
English translation, for information:
The consumer has two years from delivery of the goods to claim under the legal guarantee of conformity if a lack of conformity appears. During this period, the consumer only has to establish the existence of the lack of conformity, not the date on which it appeared.
Where the contract of sale provides for the continuous supply of digital content or a digital service over a period of more than two years, the legal guarantee applies to that digital content or digital service throughout the planned supply period. During this period, the consumer only has to establish the existence of the lack of conformity affecting the digital content or digital service, not the date on which it appeared.
The legal guarantee of conformity requires the professional, where applicable, to supply all updates necessary to keep the goods in conformity.
The legal guarantee of conformity entitles the consumer to repair or replacement of the goods within thirty days of the request, free of charge and without major inconvenience.
If the goods are repaired under the legal guarantee of conformity, the consumer benefits from a six-month extension of the initial guarantee.
If the consumer requests repair but the seller imposes replacement, the legal guarantee of conformity is renewed for two years from the date of replacement.
The consumer may obtain a reduction of the purchase price while keeping the goods, or terminate the contract and obtain a full refund against return of the goods, if: 1° the professional refuses to repair or replace the goods; 2° repair or replacement takes place after thirty days; 3° repair or replacement causes major inconvenience to the consumer, in particular where the consumer permanently bears the cost of taking back or removing the non-conforming goods, or bears the cost of installing the repaired or replacement goods; 4° the lack of conformity persists despite the seller's unsuccessful attempt to bring the goods into conformity.
The consumer is also entitled to a price reduction or termination of the contract where the lack of conformity is so serious that it justifies an immediate price reduction or termination. The consumer is then not required to request repair or replacement first.
The consumer is not entitled to terminate the sale if the lack of conformity is minor.
Any period during which the goods are immobilised for repair or replacement suspends the remaining guarantee period until the restored goods are delivered.
The above rights result from Articles L. 217-1 to L. 217-32 of the French Consumer Code.
A seller who obstructs the legal guarantee of conformity in bad faith is liable to a civil fine of up to 300,000 euros, which may be increased to 10% of average annual turnover (Article L. 241-5 of the French Consumer Code).
The consumer also benefits from the legal guarantee against hidden defects under Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code, for two years from discovery of the defect. This guarantee entitles the consumer to a price reduction if the goods are kept, or to a full refund against return of the goods.
II. Guarantee Against Hidden Defects
Independently of the legal guarantee of conformity, the customer may claim under the guarantee against hidden defects provided for in Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code, within two (2) years of discovering the defect. The customer may then choose between termination of the sale and a reduction of the price (Article 1644 of the French Civil Code).
III. Commercial Guarantee
Some products also benefit from a commercial guarantee granted by their manufacturer, the duration and conditions of which are stated on the product page or in the product documentation. Such a commercial guarantee is in addition to the legal guarantees described above and does not replace them. GK PROFESSIONAL does not provide spare parts for its products.
6. Personal Data
The personal data provided by the customer when creating an account and placing orders is processed by GK PROFESSIONAL to manage orders, deliveries, returns and customer relations. How this data is processed and the rights available to the customer are described in the privacy policy.
For any question or request concerning their personal data, the customer may write to GK PROFESSIONAL's personal data contact at eshop@gkpro.fr.
7. Customer Relations
For any questions concerning products and commercial matters, the customer can contact our GK Pro SHOP Online customer service: by email at eshop@gkpro.fr, by telephone on +33 1 55 82 15 00, using the contact form or by post to GK PROFESSIONAL – Service client e-shop, 159 avenue Gallieni, 93170 Bagnolet, France.

9. Entirety
In the event that one of the clauses of this contract is null and void, this could in no way affect the validity and compliance with these general terms and conditions of sale.
10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law.
I. Prior Written Complaint
In the event of a dispute, the customer first sends a written complaint to GK PROFESSIONAL's customer service, stating their order number: by email to eshop@gkpro.fr or by post to GK PROFESSIONAL – Service client e-shop, 159 avenue Gallieni, 93170 Bagnolet, France.
II. Consumer Mediation
If no amicable solution is found, a consumer customer may refer the dispute free of charge to the consumer mediator designated by GK PROFESSIONAL, in accordance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code:
Avenir Conso (formerly AME Conso)
197 boulevard Saint-Germain, 75007 Paris, France
Website: www.avenir-conso.com
The mediator may be contacted either by completing the form provided on its website or by post at the address above. The request must be submitted within one year of the written complaint sent to GK PROFESSIONAL; the mediator cannot examine the dispute if the customer cannot show that they first tried to resolve it directly with GK PROFESSIONAL by means of a written complaint. The parties remain free to accept or reject the solution proposed by the mediator.
III. Competent Courts
Failing an amicable settlement, the dispute is brought before the competent French courts. A consumer customer may bring proceedings, at their choice, before any court having territorial jurisdiction under the French Code of Civil Procedure or before the court of the place where they lived when the contract was concluded or when the harmful event occurred (Article R631-3 of the French Consumer Code). Disputes between GK PROFESSIONAL and professional customers fall under the jurisdiction of the Paris commercial court.
11. Telephone Sales
Providing the credit card number by telephone to the call center constitutes proof of the entire order. This validation constitutes signature and express acceptance of all operations carried out on the site.
12. Evidence
Computerized records, kept in GK PROFESSIONAL's computer systems under reasonable security conditions, will be considered as evidence of communications, orders and payments occurring between the parties.
13. Modification of General Terms and Conditions of Sale
GK PROFESSIONAL reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions of sale at any time. Updates will be available online on the site and applicable only to sales made after the modification.
